1. Tables for the serving line can be provided. You must request them at the time of the initial order.

2. Chafing dishes are available if you prefer them to cater trays.

3. Paper table cover is available for serving tables upon request.

4. Pigs can be served from our cooker, at an additional charge, for "Full Service Catering" only.

Catering requirements:

We do not cater on Sunday or Wednesday unless previous arrangement have been made.

1. Elaborate directions to the cater site as well as where we are to set up the buffet.

2. Set number of attendees at least four days prior to the event.

3. Adequate lighting for the serving area if it is to be outside.

4. Payment at the event unless otherwise approved.

5. Completed cater registration form with description, serving time, and needed extras. Note: Must be signed.

6. Caterer must be provided with parking in close proximity to the serving site.
